What Goes Into a Custom Upfitted Van
A finished upfit looks clean. What you don't see is the planning that makes it functional. Before we touch a vehicle, we know which components are going in, how they'll be anchored, how the load will distribute, and how a technician in the field will actually use the space.
The builds in this gallery range from single-vehicle jobs for owner-operators to fleet contracts covering dozens of vehicles in a single season. The standard of work is the same regardless of order size.
Fleet Work at Scale
In addition to single-vehicle builds, we have the capacity and workflow to complete large fleet contracts on a defined schedule. We recently completed a 70-vehicle upfit for an HVAC fleet — all configured to the same spec, delivered on a seasonal timeline.

What Does a Custom Upfitted Van Look Like Inside?
The answer depends on the trade. An HVAC van needs horizontal shelving, a dedicated space for refrigerant, and a way to carry copper without it shifting. A plumbing van needs pipe storage and quick access to fittings. An electrician's van needs conduit racks and a drawer system that keeps small parts sorted.
